Pros

People are professional and really like what they are doing. Compensation is above the market. Ambitious goals and projects. My manager cares about our team's development and about the work/life balance. 30! Working days of vacation in Germany.

Cons

A bit bureaucratic with complex structure. Office might have been a bit more fancy in Berlin but it will be renovated next year. So, no complaints.
