CEO - I find him very approachable and inspirational. Good Salary Excellent Working environment One of the fastest growing SAAS company. Friendly atmosphere.

- Great work environment - Hard work & demanding but really rewarding - Empowering environment - no micro management - Feel you are someone here - not just a number - You can have an impact on your day to day - Great environment and possibilities (presidents club/Spiffs and Incentives)

Cons

- A times, communication could be a bit better across all Geo's and internally about new products, processes etc
