Pros

the company continues to generate shareholder value and meet or exceed market expectations. the company is growing by acquisition and many opportunities exist.

Cons

Seemingly emotion-driven decisions and general impatience with new business initiatives along with misaligned resources within new business initiatives. Strong focus on squeezing cash out of legacy business areas.

They care more about Customers than Employees

Good environment with good people

Cons

You deal with crazy, angry, frustrated people on a daily basis If they take it out on you you have to endure their bullying/harassment Management refuses to take calls from people who ask for a manager but then gets mad at you when you try to get them off the phone

Good Company with Issues, but Constantly Trying to Improve

Pros

The biggest pro I can share is that LogMeIn at it's core wants to do better - it's ingrained in the culture here. There are problems here like most companies of this size, but almost every leader and manager I've met here recognizes them, wants to do better and will take steps to do so.

Cons

We suffer here from a lack of strong middle leadership - I see it all over the company. This can create opportunities for those looking to grow into a new position which is a pro, but I've watched it slow initiatives at times which can be frustrating for direct reports.
