Hitting the ceiling - if you're in support, you'll hit a ceiling with nowhere to go. There's no mentoring opportunities in the team and it is very hard to move up. If you want to move up, you need to move to Boston.
Pay is low - there's better money in similar roles at other companies.
Skills not really transferrable to other companies - the skills you learn here are very hard to transfer to other companies unless they're using LogMeIn's products in which case you're going to be an expert on using the LMI products
APAC office is seen as an afterthought compared to the rest of the world - while the management team is sleeping, APAC is taking care of their customers and some of the most difficult customers call at night time as they had trouble getting support during the day. Until after I had left, there was no manager and no escalation point so all customer complaints had to be handled by the support team. This isn't useful in terms of trying to get any work done - we definitely need manager assistance.
