Unless you're an ex citrix employee you're completely stonewalled. - Zero culture, no one seems to want to take the time to actually get to know their colleagues. It wasn't always this way, but post-merger there's been zero focus on this. - Too many stupid meetings. Be prepared for meetings about meetings with follow up surveys. - Clueless management structure. Direct managers are too busy backstabbing each other and playing politics to genuinely provide any value.
