      Pros

      Huge portfolio of products Internal development processes, everything is in internal control great talents and very good people to work with Lot of possibilities to try yourself Brand new and modern offices around the globe

      Cons

      No longer a leader in salaries in Budapest Company culture took a bad turn with merger, suddenly acting like a huge multi is "supposed to", while communicating right values Not doing enough to keep great people Slowed reaction with leaning out development teams

The growth is supplemented by your teammates, products, and facilities. Change is hard. We are changing how we approach Total Rewards that reflect our global footprint.       Growth for the business, growth for employees

      Pros

      Our CEO (style, communication, strategy), fantastic global offices, above market salary (at least for my position), fun and friendly colleagues, clear path to growth personally (again, at least for my position) and stock price is in a great spot. I see where we are headed, and it's exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      Merger and integration, have been tough, but we are getting to a place of normalcy. There was so much change for so long, and there was fatigue across the org. We could also use more connection between global offices, feeling a little fractured.

It has been a long road since the announcement of the merger in 2016, and we still have much work ahead of us, but we have committed to making LogMeIn the best place to work for our employees. We have heard our offices want to feel more connected. We have been trying to balance a lot of key post-merger initiatives, and the pulse of our employees is never lost on us.
