Thank you for leaving us your thoughts. Your concerns are heard. Adjustment takes time. The merger has introduced us to new managers, teammates, and processes. It takes time to build that comradery. You will continue to see LogMeIn work hard to provide a culture that allows you to do your best work and offer Total Rewards that meet our employee's expectations. We improve when our employees give us their feedback, and we ask you to continue to do that. Thank you, Jason

Pros

Free bottled water and free parking

Cons

This company did serious damage to the "GetGo" company from Citrix when they acquired them. 1) Worse Health Plan 2) Elimination of ESPP 3) No RSUs which shows a lack of commitment from management 4) You need to be employed 3 years for 401K; 5) Too steep of a cliff for bonuses (only 97% or better of income/revenue targets) 5) Most of San Francisco office fired and replaced by cheap German labor 6) no communication re layoffs 7) even a good performance review will get little or no annual salary increase

Dear Teammate, thank you for your work and investing your time with LogMeIn, and thank you for your feedback. This year has been one of transition with much post-merger change. I encourage you to reach out and talk to a HRBP or Beth in our Total Rewards team as a number of your 'cons' are rewards related. A few comments: - the health plan integration was an overall lift for GetGo employees with more coverage benefits and options. If you have specific questions about our health coverage please contact our Total Rewards team. - LogMeIn historically has not had an ESPP. We have stated we will use this year to evaluate the applicability of an ESPP versus investing in other benefit programs. - LogMeIn has always and will continue to offer RSU/equity compensation to some employees as one part of a total rewards package. Your stating 'no RSUs' is inaccurate. Long term equity-based compensation will continue at LogMeIn in a manner competitive with a technology company of our size. - Our 401K has a 3 year vesting for new employees. New employees may participate immediately under hire. All former GetGo employees' terms of service under Citrix were honored. Given you stated you've been working at LogMeIn/Citrix for more than 3 years, you are fully vested. - During this transition year we've stated that bonuses will be based upon company performance as we evolve our 2018 bonus plan. - We have been transparent around our organizational changes post-merge and I encourage you to inquire with your manager or senior leader in your group if you have further questions. - Finally when it comes to performance and compensation, we believe in paying competitively for performance, and using many tools (base salary, bonus, equity, benefits, opportunity, learning, etc) to reward our talent. I encourage you to speak with your manger or senior leader if you feel your compensation is not appropriate to your performance. I trust you will be able to find answers to the issues you bring up. Change during a merger transaction can be overwhelming, but please know myself and the entire HR team are here to help everyone do great work at LogMeIn. Sincerely TJ Ewing
