Pros

Good place if you work in In House project.

Cons

If you work at client location you are at mercy of God. At clients place you are second class citizens. Concerned only about business generation from client, least bothered to resolve employees queries. Clients never appreciate good work done, only escalate petty issues with globallogic managers and they blindly go by what client has to say. Will fire an employee any time even if he was high performer based on client escalation without giving second chance. Threatens employe to resign by themselves, else will terminate with bad feedback.

Pros

1.good salary package structure hence you will receive decent amount in-hand 2.Pros depends on the client, which you are going to work.

Cons

1.You will have zero visibility in the organization when you work in client location. 2. Policies are not at all useful 1. Leave Encashment Policy : If you are on notice period and you still have leave balance you can't take leaves as well you cannot encash those leaves on F&F 2. Travel & Client location allowance: if they hired for direct client they won't give you client location allowances even if the project over and went for another client. Also you need to bear all the travel expenses on your own. They won't provide any company transport. 3. Appraisal : NO much hikes for employees who hired for direct clients because they will offer a decent package at initially and they compensate later in appraisal. 4. Bonus: Never Mind. It won't be morethan 25k and its adjustable with in one year if you leave. 5. NO much care from company if you work at client locations. 6. If you opt the allowances under ctc and you need to submit proofs for the specific month and if you submitted for whole year by any chance that will not be considered and it needs lot of followups to get it done. 7. For those who work in client locations there won't be having much fun and team building activities from the company. many more to go ....

Working on Latest technologies Good sports activities HR conducts fun activities at work place but due heavy workload no fun remains in it.

Cons

Not much android projects now Zero Work Life Balance They will make you to do manual testing/automation/documentation n every thing with tag of "Super Developer" No Job security, will fire u any day Will pressurize you to work and achieve undoable deadlines within less time span
