Pros

The people at GlobalLogic are very nice. I love my co-workers. I just finished 3 years here and look forward to many more. The work environment is open (not boxed cubes) and we get free lunch every day. The CEO really cares about the employees. He is the best CEO I've have ever worked for. It is great having a leader that is extremely smart and I have confidence in. The pay is average. Benefits are good. Nice building with plenty of parking. The work is interesting and there is a wide variety of projects. Flexible hours (if you have kids to drop off at daycare or a doctors appointment) are helpful.

Cons

Better pay would be nice, but it really is a good place to work.

No Pros at all. Sorry!

Micro management, WFH depends completely on your manager, People who are old in the organization do nothing and nobody says anything to them. Very poor annual hikes. Worst company i have worked with! Regret joining this organization. No skip level manager meetings. If you have a problem with your manager, nobody is there to listen. Please groom the managers here.

If you going to client place you will get little extra.. Thats it

Cons

- not good for carrier growth - no stable project - every project will be closed max by 1 yr because management can't handle client -because of management can't handle projects they will ask you to change your domain wherever they have vacancy they will put you there without asking. - management made it as it there personal home company - no hike, no promotion until you are favourite of some managers - fake promises.. No on site opportunity
