Pros

Shuttle service from Noida city center at every 20 minutes

Cons

Very less hike (sometimes even less than 1% yet MD does chest beating about good appraisal they give). Very less onsite opportunities that too given to employees close to higher management. No learning. No work most of the time. At 5 PM office looks like a ghost town and no one comes before 11. Only those who are close to higher management get good projects, higher appraisal, onsite opportunities.

Pros

There is nothing I could mention. All drawbacks overshadow if there is anything good about it.

Cons

This is the worst company ever come across. Just concerned about billing with little employee growth. Worst comes when you decide to leave the company. Management will make you realize that joining GL was worst decision you have ever taken. Management will make you even work on weekend once you resign ofcourse there is no compensatory off for those. They just care about billing and would try to make most of the employee. Bad Paid leaves policy.

Pros

Free work culture. Can work for that much hours as you wish. No dress code.So can see a fashion show everyday.

Cons

1. Will give fake promises and hire freshers. Once the training is done will fire you saying there is some probs in the projects. 2. No job security for any levels. 3. Very idiotic and fraud company.
