Slow growth within the companie, small yearly adjustment, discipline managers are generally occupied with a project so career planning is generally personal

Opportunities for professional development are scarce, managers tend to pigeonhole you into a position if you are too good at your tasks, you make them look good and they won't risk that for your advancement.

My immediate manager has had multiple complaints against them. Upper management does not address the teams concerns. Fluor asks for loyalty but has shown little loyalty to employees. Management does not do a good job making us feel like a part of Fluor. We are on an island of a project and it feels that way.
