      You work in MNC only for namesake.

      Cons

      Only SLAVES can work in this firm. -No job security -No proper guidance will be provided for accomplishing challenging jobs (if you yourself have asked the lead to assign any specific task) -Oiling & buttering is the only key to success. -Overtime stretching everyday and even working on weekends holidays with no payments. -No out of the box thoughts are entertained. -Poor knowledge of peers and senior management.

      Plenty of Time off, yearly raises and nice people to WORK WITH.

      Benefits are horrible. Supervisor needs to learn how to treat their employees!
