Pros

Good work culture, open door policy, and alternate off Fridays , A lot depend upon which project you are in and who is your manager, but overall the company is very good, a lot of parties happen around in year.

Cons

A pressure of overtime from managers to the freshers, it takes a while to understand the work culture. Not a great training module. and a very surface level learning after a while.

Pay was decent, I guess.

Cons

Ridiculous hours, just a cog in the machine, no one cares about anyone else, horrible corporate environment.
