Great company to work for at first but recent events have changed the company culture & mission that made me concerned.
Pros
Great benefits - flexible hours - great and helpful people to work with - entrepreneurship is encouraged - upper management is often accessible
Cons
Recent layoffs have caused many unintended issues that the top management doesn't seem to know how to handle. People who survived the layoffs are concerned about their jobs while still working very hard to help the company recover from its financial problems; some of the survivors are near burnt-out from filling the void left by their laid-off colleagues. Many good people have left the company due to the layoffs as well as on their own will, which created a huge loss of people asset and company knowledge. The company culture is shifting with some recent hires who do not share the same mission and core values, especially on integrity, friendship, and people. I am concerned about where the company is heading. It's not the same great company when I joined.
