      Pros

      Generous health insurance plan, zero premium, low co-pay.... for now. Many positions have flexible reporting, working hours - which get abused.

      Cons

      Tagline is "Vision, Integrity, Results" "Vision" got ECC in deep financial trouble. ECC failed to recognize the weaknesses of its homegrown spreadsheet systems. Failed to act quickly to correct project, program and executive level mistakes. "Integrity" has been thrown away. Routinely see people trying to cheat the client. "Results" vision clouded by greed + lack of integrity = poor results. That's why company has bled so much cash. ECC used to a good place to work. It used to have women in senior roles; none now. "Safety third, quality fourth" should be new tag line.

      Pros

      Leadership was amazing and the training was really good. The Team was supporting one another. And it was overall a great experience to work for ECC.

      Cons

      While working there, i did not experience any downsides.

      Slip Sliding Away

      Pros

      People Devoted to the People they work with, I was there during the good old days, when you could tell a subcontractor we always pay our bills on time, good times were had by all and we all made money and had lots of fun.

      Cons

      Lets see... The Good times are gone and so are most of my great friends. Didn't see a pay raise in 3 years No Bonus Pau outs in 3 years ESOP-(Employee Stock Purchase Plan) is in the toilet went from >$200K to <$20K Can not get a bond to perform work, doesn't pay subcontractors, Doesn't Keep Promises, nickles and dimes everything. CEO lives in fantasy world Multiple projects loosing $$ from all reports close to $75 Million in 2015
