Pros

She has no idea how to structure her team for effectiveness and success. She has no respect from peers and direct reports. Everyone knows about it and nothing is being done about it.

Cons

People just waiting for the market to improve to leave her organization and the company which allows such mediocracy to continue lading very important functional area.

Pros

People were great. Loved my team and felt that there were nice people across the MDR org.

Cons

Quotas being raised even when the majority of the team was already not hitting quota. Great name, but competitive marketplace with lofty goals. Promotion to an AE position has become harder and harder, and often they seem to hire externally instead. Some of your success is left up to chance, as patch assignments do not have a high number of accounts as would be typical for some other SaaS companies.
