Good benefits, good culture. There were still great people when I was there.

Cons

The board in charge seems to lack a long term vision. Lots of decisions to boost short term numbers on paper, but ultimately feels like they're far removed from the actual products and processes that fuel the company.

morale is at an all time low. upper management has become a petty political nightmare. budgets have been tightened so much that i couldnt do my job but on linked in you see execs flying around the country for photo ops
