Pros

The benefit package is still pretty good comparatively if you use them.

Cons

For the Partner Development area, they've increased sales requirements 150% over the last year and made a floor of 75% to get any compensation. They changed up the PDR direction only being SDRs and dropping the full sales process which essentially disincentivizes partners and internal sales teams to engage. This department will fail over time if there isn't any changes but I think they're counting on that.

Pros

Innovative Projects: The work here is engaging and offers plenty of opportunities to learn and grow technically. Talented Team: There are many skilled professionals who are passionate about their work. Career Growth: The company provides some opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Cons

Cultural Challenges: Despite efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, there is a noticeable gap in achieving a genuinely diverse and inclusive environment, esp in the tech teams. Collaboration Issues: Cross-departmental and inter-team collaboration can be difficult. There are often competitive and communication barriers that hinder the smooth exchange of ideas and information. Frequent layoffs have impacted morale. Management Support: The leadership team needs to be more proactive in fostering a supportive culture. There's a sense that management is out of touch with the day-to-day challenges faced by employees.
