      People are very kind, overall environment can be pretty relaxed depending on which org

      Slow product development, engineering takes a lot of time focused on platform investments, takes aways significantly from product development. Either your product area will be new (and comes with a lot of funding) or KTLO.

      Recent changes have allowed for web sales business to cannibalize sales bookings. Upward mobility is harder than it used to be. Base pay is low in comparison to other comparable companies
