Pros

Some of the best benefits in all of tech sales. Catered lunches, awesome dt SF office that's super accessible and close to many restaurants and bars. Full-time barrista on-site serving free coffee/lattes/etc all day. Team and company HH's, wine and beer on tap, and great snacks/food always available.

Cons

They increased every team's quota and activity metrics (ie expected calls, emails) the second month I was there, so not a huge issue for me, but it definitely eroded some of the employee satisfaction. With so many current customers, it can be hard to find green customers who aren't already using Docusign, or customers who are willing to shell out more money when there are cheaper options for eSignature such as HelloSign, AdobeSign and so on. Docusign provides a much better UX than those two.
