Cons

If you're looking for a company that will devalue your work, ignore your contributions, and actively drive away good employees—congrats, you've found it. Despite consistently delivering results and going above and beyond, I was met with silence when it came to any sort of recognition, development, or retention efforts. Leadership in the Talent Acquisition team is some of the worst I’ve encountered: uninspiring, disconnected, and completely lacking a vision. It’s impossible to grow under people who neither lead nor support. The company as a whole is directionless—there’s no strategy, just reactive chaos and empty buzzwords. And don’t be fooled by their DEI statements; what’s actually happening in recruitment is performative at best and ethically questionable at worst. It feels like a box-checking exercise with zero accountability or authenticity. I left not because I wanted to—but because it was made painfully clear that they had no interest in keeping people who care. Save yourself the frustration. You deserve better.
