No pros to think of anymore, in previous years there were plenty - but with recent organisational restructuring and a change of CEO there have been many negative changes.

Cons

Not a people focused company anymore Retracted benefits previously given to employees when new CEO started Horrifically poor communication from board/chief executives Sever lack of trust for leadership among employees Very low motivation felt across teams due to all above points

Used to be a fantastic place to work, when the Dan Springer was CEO you never felt like just a number.

Cons

Place is a mess. Poor communication Redundancies handled very badly and unprofessionally, dragged out for weeks with no updates. Getting rid of personal days and perks

Pros

Industry leader for Signature' and thats about it.

Cons

Bad management. Bad processes. False promises about ramp period, bonuses, expenses, community involvement. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. The sales data is horrid. Account allocation isn't sufficient to reach target. Strategic direction not aligned to product growth.
