      Pros

      Solid products with good growth opportunities. Quality leadership at lower levels, consistent review of salaries to ensure they remain competitive.

      Cons

      The new senior leadership team is uninspiring, tone-deaf, lacks transparency, and has consistently demonstrated a profit over people mentality. This has caused a sharp decline in morale and trust. Key, popular benefits have been diminished or removed completely. Communication around these cuts was very poor and leadership continues to ignore employee opinions and suggestions.

      Pros

      Remote work with great life/balance and was fortunate to have a very collaborative team with outstanding managers.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero faith in C-Suite since the prior CEO left the company back in 2022. Employees are not heard, but are promised a voice and transparency and then met with sudden layoffs with no rhyme, reason, or explanation.

      Great work life balance, awesome company culture, great coworkers, valuable benefits. Loved everything about the company for a few years.

      Cons

      * Limited career growth in Services * 2022 Top management changes resulted in bad morale and eventually reduced employee engagement, eroding mutual trust. People will leave DocuSign right now if they have other options . * It no longer is “Work of your life” that DocuSign wants you to believe.
