- New CEO seems to have a good handle on future vision and how to get there - revamping a lot of internal processes and products to move toward future goals

Cons

- 1-2 AEs per team are hitting quota and the rest are struggling. Middle management won’t admit it’s because they’ve over-hired and there’s issues with product fit (most vendors offer eSig for free). - If you’re looking to join sales, hope you like gambling. For every single lay-off round, they’ve back-filled the same positions. This time, instead of layoffs, the rumor is they’re just firing to cut numbers and not pay severance.

I love my team, smart and close nit team.

Cons

Below market pay Utter lack of product direction by leaders Sales is crushed by operational inefficiencies and busy work. Very little time selling these days. Company changes direction on product roadmap every quarter. Competition has caught up. Morale incredibly low. Had high hopes for new leadership but after almost a year it’s been all talk.

Bar was too low during COVID hiring spree Company is slowly stripping away our benefits and forcing us back into the office Lots of hiring of people from certain companies; little outside innovation being brought in
