Pros

- honestly the cons outweigh the pros, when you disregard diversity your whole company suffers there is no growth.

Cons

There is no diversity at all. When you walk into Seattle Docusign you will see the lack of diversity right away, it’s really sad because other companies like Amazon are so diverse and like to hire people of multiple backgrounds but that does not go for Docusign.

Pros

- Base salary is on the medium/high range for similar companies - Tech stack is all the best (salesforce, slack, Google, etc) - Reputable company/ household name - Great benefits

Cons

- New CEO has implemented very unpopular changes such as returning to office. Docusign's product appeal is being able to "sign agreements anywhere, digitally" but they don't trust their employees to be able to work from anywhere. Which is funny because DocuSign peaked while everyone was remote. - Layoffs are the norm - DocuSign has probably grown as much as it can. It blew up during the pandemic but now the cost is just too hard to justify to prospects who don't need DocuSign as much as they use to - Your experience here is determined by your manager. I had 3 managers - 2 of whom I liked and respected. But one of them was the worst micromanager I have ever worked with. I was a top performer but she made me dread logging on to work every single day. - GOOD LUCK trying to get promoted. After the layoffs, getting promoted is nearly impossible.

Pros

Compensation is decent. We used to have some of the best coworkers in tech so some of us were able to really experience creative minds and be a part of some really cool products before our company was taken over

Cons

Leadership is run by boomer board members that actually used a bible verse in an all hands meeting a few years go. People that had been here over a decade were laid off while on paternity leave. About 3 or 4 years ago, we started seeing knowledgeable people get let go to be replaced by offshore or friends of leadership that will never disagree or insist on doing the right thing. Highly concerning judgment in respects to honesty all around.
