Pros

Product is stellar and has a lot of growth potential across different agreement solutions, especially with future acquisition potential.

Cons

The new C-Suite is changing everything, and not necessarily for the better- lack of visibility and a major culture shift is making it not the best place to work (like it used to be). layoffs and lack of roadmap clarity make it a difficult place to be right now in any role.

Pros

Benefits were good. The product is also the leader in the industry

Cons

I had really high expectations going into DocuSign and have left thinking that I made a huge mistake working there for a year. It all starts with the senior leadership, specifically Dan and Joan. The amount of politics and lies they brought to the company was disgusting. They worked on forcing their liberal agenda into the company. I should have assumed this may be the case going to work for a San Francisco based company, so some of that fault should be placed on me for not realizing I would be working for two leaders whose role model is Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi. There is a reason the company is struggling so much right now and those two are the ring leaders of it. Sales is extremely tough. Everyone is jumping ship. Quotas are unattainable. Customers understand the DocuSign has a great product, but they are going to competitors because our pricing is very high. Leadership told the sales team about increasing their pay this year, but told us a few months later they were going to do that anymore and if you dont like that then you can leave.

Pros

- The stock has been going up and it's been a great time to be at the company during a period like this - The company has provided generous stipends during the pandemic - Decent remote culture, but likely to change when things reopen - There are times when there is a good work-life balance but when you're superior gets pressured into something or does not plan properly, which happens pretty often, then you're screwed

Cons

- The company promotes diversity but nearly everyone is from India or China on H1Bs...good luck if you're not part of that demographic. - Because of the point above, it creates a status quo environment and a stay in your lane mentality. Innovation or new ideas? Forget about it. - Recruiter does lowball you. Could have done a lot better after talking with other colleagues. - Politics gets pretty heavy after you've been at the company for more than a year, so much that you don't really even code and are tasked with grunt work that no one else wants to do. - Perhaps, the biggest con of all is the poor planning structure from management and then you have to comply to a deadline you had no hand in negotiating
