Founders of very innovative products.

Cons

Still trying to figure out how to be profitable, scale and evolve after tremendous earnings slide post-Covid. Sales training was fairly haphazard and their business/training processes are surprisingly immature. They over-hired and have had to do 3 Reductions in Force in fewer than 2 years.
