- reasonably good basic salary - fully remote work for support - some really good people on peer / local level to work together with

Cons

- Claims to be a global company but in all comms and way of thinking it's a US company through and through - Used to be a very positive place but after series of layoffs and cut backs on various non-salary boons, it no longer cares at all about employees, just maximising profits and making sure the C-suits still get their insanely high payout - Career progression opportunities all but disappeared
