Pros

Collaborative culture. Vibrant culture mostly - large diversity of youth, mid age and seniors aboard.

Cons

Post covid, the targets continued to run high even though market demand is stale. Management expectations of the little leads that comes through, once flipped, seemingly need to come through. Lots of time spent answering internal stakeholder expectations than external clients lately. Benefits or recreational expenses have gone down alot.
