Pros

The job is extremely simple and decently paid The food is getting there, slowly. Cash bonus.

Cons

Dwarf or giant, everybody gets the same equipment. Zero Ergonomy. It gets dirty in the afternoon, and after certain "people" have parties... Poor training for few products, no training whatsoever for others. No test accounts for certain products Login after login after login after login after login... Workload not evenly distributed No real career path, the few positions available are restricted to chosen people which act like they own the company. Important meetings cannot be attended because the headcount is never sufficient, so you do not get to enjoy the company's life like everybody else. Food and appliances are systematically removed from the 3rd floor and sent to the fourth to keep the master race happy. Or simply there is no budget to give certain employees what all other employees get for free. Very low salary rise.

Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts. I am guessing you are in Dublin given the mention of 3rd vs 4th floor. We have shared your review with Ronan Copeland and Maria Dillon. As for training, please send any ideas to John Hsieh or Tracy Moisan who works closely with Lambert. Last time I spoke to Lambert, things were afoot on that front.

Pros

- Good Work Life Balance - Generous Benefits

Cons

- Low Balled on Salary, a new hire on my team with the same role makes 15% more than me and I was not offered any level-setting - Management did not listen to constructive criticism of existing processes -Department Leadership has driven away talented persons -Culture of Claim Credit when times are good but shirking responsibility when times are bad

Pros

- Structured, thorough training that allows you to jump into your role with ease. - Consistent support and check in's in your first months to make sure you are doing ok and keeping up with the pace. - Great perks (dental, health, snack, monthly beer/pizza evenings). - Intelligent employees who are helpful and push you to meet the standard that the company maintains. -The company is growing at a rapid rate, and there is opportunity to advance your career at a much rapid rate than at other companies.

Cons

-As of yet, I have nothing negative to say about DS.

Great input about waiting 2 weeks before going to Seattle. Please share that with your HR team on the ground as well. They can help build that timing in.
