Great perks but some growing up to do

Pros

Dan Springer is a great leader. The perks for the employees are great and the product is loved by our customers.

Cons

A lot of the systems are behind the growth goals of the company. And there's a bit of a problem with a boys club in the sales org, but they are aware of it and actively trying to make changes to introduce more diversity. Middle management is also a bit heavy.

e-signature product is best in class, excellent product, vision for DocuSign Agreement Cloud is on point, market opportunity for this particular product set is unparalleled.

Cons

DocuSign's own internal systems are a mess of inaccurate data and administrative red tape, making selling efficiently difficult. Sales Operations are clunky and ineffective, and the dirty account data often causes AE disputes and confusing account hierarchies. AEs often end up doing more administrative, billing and customer service work than selling.
