It's all about the people. Great people to work with, plenty of laughs & fun, and plenty of great stuff getting accomplished. Supportive & friendly teammates & managers. DocuSign experience & connections will be great for future opportunities. Pre-IPO stock options could be lucrative.

Cons

Merely good benefits, rather than great. That should improve as company matures.

Extremely arrogant people!!!!! New joiners are treated badly & expect them to work with absolutely no direction. Horrible work culture.

DocuSign is driving real innovation in the document-centric marketplace and has clearly become the market leader. Management is very focused on market-share growth and increasing revenue. the company is poised to be a very successful IPO at some point in the future. They are continuing to grow with external hires but also promote from within.

Cons

Change is constant and pressure to perform is very high.

Agree with your points about innovation, management focus and balance of bringing in new talent and promoting within. It's not surprising that we operate under a bit of pressure given our high-growth but we find if we mix in some fun and laughs with great colleagues, we are able to paddle through it together and achieve the results we are aiming for.
