Thank you for writing a review. Amy Skeeters-Behrens is driving our Diversity initiative and has some great ideas and plans. We are doing a couple of things to increase diversity across the board including encouraging hiring managers and recruiters to create a diverse slate of job candidates and slate of interviewers from DocuSign's side. It is something that I personally believe will help us grow our business and attract great talent. So, please reach out to her if you would like to get involved. We are open to all ideas. Tx.

Pros

Lots of energy. The team works very hard, but knows how to have fun. Very transparent path for promotion. Top reps can earn their way to the next role as fast as 9-12 months. Training is impressive right off the bat, with loads of resources and one-on-one coaching throughout your tenure. Exciting time to join the company - it's growing, still pre-IPO, and continues to be recognized as the standard in the industry.

Cons

No cons. This job isn't for everyone, but anyone can be successful here if they are coachable, willing to put in the hard work, and ask for help when needed.
