The autonomy to run my accounts here is better than I've experienced anywhere else. I feel strong support by management in regards to in-territory travel, account help and deal support/sponsorship.

Cons

The workload is heavy. Prioritization in your day is key. The space is highly competitive as well, you'll need to be able to clearly articulate value to close a sale.

Love your comment regarding autonomy. A lot of people say they find that one of the most engaging things about working at DocuSign -- the autonomy they get. Prioritization is key as is clarity. I agree. Keep up the good work!

Pros

As an AE, I feel I really own my book of business without micromanagement. I feel like I have options are far as my promotion path. The work ethic of my teammates, management, and beyond is collaborative and hard working. However, the hard work pays off in compensation and team building activities

Cons

Not a ton of cons, but I feel sometimes I'm not well informed in decisions that will effect my compensation and promotion paths. However, management has an open door policy so I'm able to voice my opinion. Work/Life balance is there but not as great as my previous organizations.

Pros

Great culture in a fun office, awesome food and snacks available, and very talented co workers are some of the things that make this job so great.

Cons

The quotas are high in sales(although that pretty normal for SaaS), and the internal IT team can be some what slow to get back to you.
