Pros

DocuSign is leader and pioneer in digital transaction management (DTM) space. Working for a engineering team that is leading and creating a new market segment is humbling.... Awesome product and projects, very impactful work, great coworkers, good work-life balance, free lunchs, snacks, drinks, every Friday - bagels/donut, dinner, drinks, music (happy hour). As an engineer you are working on industry leading technology (proven and loved) and work with brilliant talent.

Cons

Growing pains - DocuSign is growing rapidly and need more resources…

Pros

Great culture, smart co-workers, challenging problems, great perks like free lunches, breakfast, mini-kitchens, snacks, drinks, fun happy hour.

Cons

Salaries could be higher. RSU grants could be better for pre-ipo startup.

Pros

About half of the senior leadership team is good. The actual product and technical side of the house is amazing. Not afraid to spend money to achieve their goals.

Cons

I usually do not bother writing reviews, but after reading the two (fake?) reviews raving about the great opportunity in Enterprise Sales, I had to weigh in. Stay away! Incompetent management, cronyism and sub-par compensation. This team is struggling.

We hope you landed in a great place and wish you well. Sorry to hear your experience was sub-par. I have great faith in Dan Springer our new CEO and Scott Olrich our new CSO/CMO and Joan Burke our new Chief People Officer.. They have brought in a lot of fresh ideas and focus and transparency that has re-energized the team.
