Pros

Very dynamic and talented team. It has great drive and some amazing senior execs. In full pre-IPO mode, you're looking at enterprise quality in full startup mode. Very challenging and amazing place to work. A hidden gem indeed.

Cons

Though some reorganization has occurred to clear up senior management, there is still room for improvement. Pre-IPO means some budgets are really tight.

* Company culture is good, and work ethics are top-notch * Everyone seems open and very relaxed * Excellent teams with good skills across the board * Had the best onboarding into the company that I ever had * Good office perks

Cons

* Benefits package in EMEA is a bit disappointing
