* Large enough to have resources, small enough that employees can still make an impact (you're not a cog in the wheel) * Great product-market fit with current product with plenty of opportunity for future growth given the right strategic direction and execution * New-ish management setting clear direction and reinforcing values to get us there * Overall good people, pockets of excellence and great culture * Good commitment to diversity (women can do well despite not yet being on the e-staff), non-profits, mentorship

Cons

* Product, systems infrastructure challenges created by growth over the years with little investment in rationalization (being addressed) * Definitely in transition (for the right candidate, this is actually an area of opportunity) * Missing some connective tissue in cross-functional projects (also being addressed - and again, for the right candidate, an area of opportunity)

Pros

I have worked at a few tech companies and DocuSign has proven itself my favorite. While some pre (and post) IPO organizations can seem extraordinarily young and immature, DocuSign has been able to maintain a fun culture yet still provide a stable and professional work environment.

Cons

There are still some process issues as we continue to grow. Some processes seem to come a little too late.
