- Surrounded by happy and motivated individuals - Management is very well organized and wants to see you succeed - Great workplace environment with the ability to have a life outside of the office - Great office location and facilities

Cons

- Growing pains to start with getting the proper equipment and technology on time - Not currently offering 401 k match.

We are always looking at ways to onboard employees more quickly. -Smart and motivated people. This created a great environment. -Improvement is always on the radar for the company -There was a culture of letting you do your work and solve problems in the best way for you -They were serious in caring about employees having a good work/life balance

Cons

-The bureaucracy could make things slow -Related, as the company has grown I think there is more of a struggle to stay flexible and agile
