Pros

Just started and thoroughly impressed - great culture, high caliber people, and huge upside potential. The company is growing quickly and there is a lot of excitement all around. Looking forward to an incredible career journey with DocuSign!

Cons

Growing pains typical of a late stage pre-ipo startup. Not for the faint of heart. Things are moving quickly - adaptability and flexibility are necessary for survival.

Pros

Smart people that I can learn from and enjoy hanging out with. Great product that customers love. Get to build new things and have a real impact on the company.

Cons

Not all new product ideas pan out, so that can be discouraging. Not enough customer contact in engineering on some projects.

The hackathons are great. Make sure you speak to Robin and Grant and Ron ... If you want to have access to customers, please ask your boss and/or Ella. We ought to be able to make that happen. Also chat with Catherine Courage's team. I know they are working to integrate more of the customer voice throughout all of our processes and approaches. That should be a no brainer. Make it happen!
