Pros

I work with fantastic people - responsive, responsible and always amazing. Management is great - they listen to your needs and respond to them with the appropriate amount of urgency. My job feels like it is important and treated with respect. Great snacks!

Cons

I would like to see more opportunities to work virtually or see a more flexible schedule.

Pros

DocuSign has the industry leading product and treats it employees very well in all facets. Good compensation and good benefits (4 weeks of vacation right from the beginning). DocuSign also has a good work life balance environment.

Cons

No significant cons, except wish the 401k has company matching, but no big deal.
