Fun Place To Work, Great Product

- Love my team, we have a lot of fun while at the same time pushing each other to succeed - Product is great, and people on the phones tell us so every day - Management is very transparent and accessible for questions/concerns. - We often have conference calls with our Directors and VP's to voice any and all questions about processes and what's in store for us in the future.

Cons

- Better commuter benefits? More Happy Hours? - Haven't seen any cons so far more critical than the above.

Thanks for your review. We do have Happy Hours. Ping Paul Armstrong for the schedule! Also make sure you are taking advantage of commuter benefits -- you can sign up anytime. Post on Chatter All DocuSign if you don't know how. Somebody will tell you. We've got them -- public transit and parking.

Was a good company to work for, not so much anymore

Pros

The product is good and the companies attempt to give back to the community is nice to see. Good place for young college grads to learn and then take their skills on to a higher paying roles. You'll see lots of glowing reviews from those recent college grads, mostly in sales roles as this is a sales driven company.

Cons

I'll keep my comments here specific to the accounting dept where I worked for 8 years. The company was great to grow with however that ended a few years ago with a change in management. Any advancement means moving to San Francisco, there is no opportunities for career growth in Seattle office, it is viewed as a "shared services" group now. The Chief of Accounting has a very cold demeanor and makes employees feel unappreciated. Work/Life balance was not good due to years of under staffing in depts except sales.

Pros

A fast growing company with young and motivated talent. This allows for new ideas, collaboration and innovation. New experienced leadership has come on board to help take the company public. The company is in such a great spot that it makes it extremely excited to work here every day.

Cons

growing so fast that processes and structure is lacking.
