Pros

- okay pay for Canada, but you can get better elsewhere

Cons

- ELT is a bunch of sellouts, insider trading - middle management isn't supportive at all - the organization doesn't know what they want to do - they promised promotions but people will be in this role for 2+ years and hire externally for AEs - AEs are a hit or a miss (most will not support u)

Pros

some friendly people work there

Cons

You are treated like a replaceable cog, like you have no value, by c level and senior management. The people who are valued the most are the "sensitive" get offended at even things not related to work or their own lives type who complain about folks they don't like but treat people like dirt themselves. Money is the bottom line no matter what.

Pros

Honestly, the culture in the sales org is incredible. Loved working with all my coworkers. Your coworkers and manager make you want to work harder. It's such a fun place to be at.

Cons

"...it's such a fun place to be at." for a few months. The turnover rate is ridiculous and disheartening to know that hard work doesn't mean you get to keep your job. Even when you are hitting your numbers, meeting quota, and showing up every day; in the end that won't matter at all. I bust my BUTT every day and it just does not matter to anyone outside of my internal team. I hate this. So my question is...what does it take to stay at a company if meeting/exceeding the requirements doesn't secure your position? We hire one new leader and she destroys a department. This is a business so I get it but when are leaders going to start taking accountability for loss?
