Pros

Docusign is an all around great company. The product is amazing, the people who work here are helpful and collaborative, and the culture in the office is fun and innovative. There is so much room for growth within the business and for employees that it makes coming to work exciting.

Cons

The benefits could be a little more competitive for a software company.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I have sat down with our benefits team to discuss the competitiveness of our benefits on several occasions. Per their analyses, we are on par with industry standards for a pre-IPO company and even beat standard for post-IPO companies when it comes to parental leave. However, we are always looking to do better and your point is well taken. Thx.

Pros

- a product that everyone loves - a product that impacts lives and business - great benefits - incredible team/organization - right mix of tribal knowledge and new thinking - focusing on process improvement (things are never set in stone, always waiting to get better) - open and transparent CEO and leadership team

Cons

With fast growth: - resources are limited - inter-org struggles (goals not aligned) - processes still being built and no 401k at this point

Love the point about mix of tribal knowledge and new thinking. That is so true. Scott/Dan are working on setting priorities to align resources. So stay tuned. Same for 401K matching which Dan says is possible post-IPO.
