Pros

The company offers private health cover and sales training.

Cons

The environment is excluding and unwelcoming with a judgemental culture. There are numerous office bullies.

We hope you landed in a great place and wish you well. Sorry to hear your experience was sub-par. I have great faith in Dan Springer. He has brought in a lot of fresh ideas and focus and transparency that has re-energized the team.

Pros

- Product - Employees - Competitive Salaries - Campus - but most of all customers that love us and our technology

Cons

We are growing so fast the workload can be overwhelming. Must be a self starter, self sufficient and have impeccable time management skills to survive. Growth is a good problem to have but it's easy to get burnt out.

Great products, but management is aweful

Pros

Awesome product and definitely one of the market leaders for esign and document transaction management. Product integrates with many CRM and contract management solutions. Benefits are ok, but most positions paid below market average, especially in sales.

Cons

There are several, but need to mention that there is no leadership and no internal communication. You learn of news by accident. Employees and their work is only acknowledged if reporting into a certain organization. Many folks are very dedicated and put a lot of hours in, without ever being appreciated. The company works with unreliable data which makes sales reports useless.

Well of course I'm dying to know which group you work in because "learning news by accident" is certainly not the standard we want to meet. We have quarterly All Hands meetings, and Monthly Leadership meetings and we just launched our company intranet "The Hub". As for the management being awful, we got a new CEO since you wrote this review. We are all pretty excited. he has held oodles of Town Halls and is very comfortable with diving into spicy Q&A and bringing in an even stronger light of transparency. However, I see that you have left the company and wish you luck in your next gig. All the best.
