At DocuSign I feel like we all work together and support each other. I've worked at a lot of places and never felt that everyone was working towards the same goal until DocuSign.

Cons

Some internal processes need to be formalized and service levels established.

Pros

I love working with smart, professional and mature co-workers. We are all here for the same goal, make our customer's successful. Everyone is willing to help each other and share. Benefits are amazing - everything you could ask for and more. The only thing they don't have is match, but instead they give stock to all employees which is more valuable to me anyway.

Cons

Communication and access between departments is difficult. It is often hard to figure out who can help something, or how to access information on things outside of your organization.

Leadership, people, benefits (100% covered), culture, great work perks (commuter benefits, catered breakfast and lunches, happy hours, great snacks), very collaborative team environment, great training and onboarding, modern work space, good working hours, committed group of people wanting the best for the company
