I have worked at a few tech companies and DocuSign has proven itself my favorite. While some pre (and post) IPO organizations can seem extraordinarily young and immature, DocuSign has been able to maintain a fun culture yet still provide a stable and professional work environment.

Cons

There are still some process issues as we continue to grow. Some processes seem to come a little too late.

Growing Company - Great place to work

Pros

Good benefits, product, and mission. Company is growing and everyday is a new challenge, decent work-life balance. Good locations (at least in Seattle and San Francisco)

Cons

Lower than market salaries, no 401k matching yet, with growth comes change, some of which is moving towards a much more corporate style of bureaucracy.

Great training and support from management, they really want you to succeed. everyone truly works as a team and are always up to answer any and all questions whether it be about the job or your future within the company.

Cons

not the best paying within the SDR role
