It's good now, but it should be the best.

Pros

Great environment. Good opportunities are on the road. The benefits are good.

Cons

No career opportunities. The career program just exists in paper. Company wants to do higher growth but do not have focus in marketing. Sales need to focus in new areas.

Pros

1. Culture is very flexible 2. Managers aren't micro-micromanaging. Employees are friendly 4. office is in a great location - right down the street from Bart/Muni/ Transbay Terminal 5. Interviewing here was good, because it felt more like they were trying to get to know you rather than judge you based only on your skills

Cons

1. They don't offer a great deal of perks such as gym reimbursement, parking, educational class allowance. Their transportation allowance barely makes a dent. 2. Administrative professionals are under-appreciated and lack fair pay 3. Teams/ departments feel separated. (if you go to a company event you'll feel like everyone is a stranger besides the few people you work with) 4. Their payables, purchasing teams and processes can use a great deal of improvement - simple tasks can take months/weeks. lack of response and unclear procedures are rampant. 5. on-boarding new employees process should be more professional. (i.e. give a tour of the office, encourage managers to setup a lunch with their new employee on the first day instead of making them sit through orientation, introduce them to key people, and make them feel more welcomed) 6. better pay raises and career grown for any administrative professional

Thank you for writing such a detailed review. I'd encourage you to sit down with your manager or HR Business Partner to discuss some of the cons you are experiencing -- especially as regards your experience as an Administrative Professional. You can also reach out to Chris Mahar or Melissa Clark in Benefits -- they can explain to you the reasoning behind where we invest in benefits. They are quite reasonable people. You will also be glad to hear as far as diversity is concerned, our new CHRO is a woman and will report directly to the CEO and we recently held a Candidate Innovation Day to discover new ways we can improve the recruiting process. Finally, I am surprised by your comment regarding bathrooms and kitchens. I sit on the 10th floor and it is so blah compared to the other floors but perhaps I am not seeing what you are seeing. If you have ideas of how to remedy the situation on your floor, please fill out a Service Now ticket for WPS or talk to Chad Bosques. he is very approachable and would be interested in hearing your ideas. Thanks again.

Pros

Great product, customers love the ease of use, flexibility. The potential is significant!

Cons

Not the best talent, people lack accountability, management does not hold people accountable. Many customer facing account managers lack fundamentals in account management and customer adoption. Lack of true focus on customer success and adoption. Customers see a revolving door. Lack of focus of product direction. Product releases do not move the needle (drive more revenue), lack of focus in building out the solution to address enterprise standards.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I'd encourage you to reach out to Lambert Walsh, the head of Customer Success, or John Hsieh who is involved in Sales training or Joan Burke, our new global head of HR. They would all be interested in hearing your thoughts. Tracy Moisan is also very open to hearing how to make the Customer Success team better.
