Managers give time and importance to each individual which makes the person believe in the company and work hard in their positions.

Cons

No 401K is offered as of now

Pros

Great environment. Good opportunities are on the road. The benefits are good.

Cons

No career opportunities. The career program just exists in paper. Company wants to do higher growth but do not have focus in marketing. Sales need to focus in new areas.
