Pros

Collaborative culture, Strong Leadership, Market Leader, High Energy, Fast Growth, and an overall FUN place to be right now! DS is coming out with more and more products and continuing to build a solid strategy to gain more share - it is all about the PEOPLE and they have a great team!

Cons

DS is stil operating a little like a start-up - which is part of the reason its a great place to be - but we still need to focus on growing out process and approach to business.

Thanks for writing a review. We just started the 3 cups of coffee mentoring program in SF and I'd suggest you reach out to Heather Petersen for more information. Sounds like you could benefit from developing peer relationships and mentor relationships across the company who might facilitate identifying opportunities to transfer between departments. We certainly encourage people to move around and it is done if the skills sets are a match.
