Infectious dedication and passion for the companies vision and direction. Work/life balance and being able to create a schedule that works for individual employees is encouraged. A lot of communication between different levels and clear messaging for whats happening within the company.

Cons

There really are no downsides that are exclusive to DocuSign culture.

Great Company, Great Onboarding Experience, Great Training

Pros

I was recently hired at DocuSign and after 6 weeks, I'm still in awe of the onboarding experience. The training is structured and well defined to include areas of DocuSign as a whole, the sales process (and what the agreement cloud is) and role specific training. Never have I worked for a company that had such organization with such a consistent message. The culture is really amazing too. I knew that DocuSign did a lot for the community but they also do a lot for each other. I haven't met a person yet that wasn't willing to step in and help out where needed or provide guidance when asked.

Cons

Everything is great so far.

Pros

The management team truly cares about employees. Benefits are excellent. Work environment is fun and collaborative. I also love that DocuSign is generous in donating to great people and environmental causes.

Cons

Lots of growth in business and number of employees can sometimes be challenging. But it's much better problem to have the alternative.
